Are You Feeling the Christmas Spirit Yet?
It is harder this year…isn’t it? Christmas 2020 is not like any other one in our memories. Yet, it is still Christmas, so how do we get into the spirit of the season? For many, stress may have a lot to do with sapping our Christmas spirit, whether it’s our finances, too much to do, having to be around people we may not enjoy being around…maybe 2020 will eliminate that last point!
Here are some tips to get into the spirit this year –
- Listen to holiday songs. I’m dreaming of…
- Watch Christmas movies…maybe avoid Die Hard!
- Decorate inside and out if you like.
- Wrap gifts
- Bake lots of holiday treats.
